Welcome to the Jack Kohn Baseball Replay Association (BRA).

Created in 1978 by Jack Kohn, the BRA entered its 48th season in 2025. The BRA is one of the longest running continually operated simulation baseball leagues on the planet.

The average tenure of our 24 managers is over 30 years.

​

The BRA operates from March through October with each manager responsible for playing and reporting two home series (5 games). The Computer Manager is used for all visiting teams.

​

Managers are also responsible for sending out a monthly Manager Profile for both of their road series. Results are due by the 22nd of each month.

​

We employ a two League system (American and National) with three Divisions in each league.

​

Teams protect 15-16-17 players each season based on the number of wins.

 

The backbone of the BRA has always been a reasonable number of rules which allows our managers to enjoy the hobby without being overwhelmed by the process.

 

BRA teams are aligned with a MLB franchise and have first crack at all rookies from their MLB team.
